How To Measure Your Ring Size
Here are several methods to help you determine your ring size accurately. If you have a ring that fits well, you can measure its size or compare it with our sizing guide. Alternatively, you can measure your finger directly to find your perfect fit. Explore the steps for measuring your ring size below.
METHOD 1: MEASURE AN EXISTING RING
- Locate a ring that fits comfortably on the finger where you plan to wear your new ring.
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring using a ruler or measuring tape with millimeter (mm) markings.
- Place the ring on the ruler and measure across the inner circle where it touches your finger.

METHOD 2: MEASURE YOUR FINGER
- Cut a piece of string or paper to a length of around 10 centimetres (cm).
- Wrap the paper or string around your finger at the point where the ring should sit. Pull so that the string fits comfortably around your finger - not too tight and not too loose.
- Use a pen to mark the point where the end of the string or paper overlaps itself.
- Lay the string or paper out against a ruler or tape measure, and measure the length (mm) from its end to the point you have marked with pen.
- This measurement will give you your finger circumference. Use it to find your size using our Ring Size Chart Below.

- Ensure to verify your measurements for precision.
- Finger sizes may vary slightly throughout the day, over time, and with changes in temperature. For accurate results when measuring your actual finger, do so in the afternoon when your hands are warm. If your measurement falls between two ring sizes, opt for the larger size (or half size) to ensure a comfortable fit.
- Make sure to measure the specific finger where you plan to wear your ring (or use a ring worn on the same finger). Remember, your ring size can differ between fingers and hands
